I would like to open a hole in the wall restaurant named 'The Soup Kitchen' where I could make soups every day & hopefully people will stop by & pay to eat it as opposed to the leftovers inhabiting my refrigerator.

I love this idea. Wish I could sample some of your soup myself. Thing is it would be seasonal wouldnt it. People would probably go mad for it in the winter.

Yep, seasonal. But, just think of the carrot- ginger soup in the summer...fresh herb broth...fresh pea soup is now requested annually by my family - who would've guessed THAT? Fresh tomato soup? Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.............wanna front me tons of money? Dreaming is such fun!! xoxo Bethie
