Finished Sisterhood 1. Didn't sleep. I wasn't expecting someone to die of cancer when I started this book. It reminded me of Ed(Wyman, dad's best friend since they were 5) & also of Kristen Hemm(a friend who died of brain cancer when we were 22). I wasn't expecting a forbidden summer love w/secret sex. Like me & Eben, so many years ago. I wonder if his friends knew what was going on in the top bunk just above them. They were built in & secure so maybe not. Maybe adolescent Eben didn't brag to his friends that he was getting some. Yah right.

Totally tormented. Cancer SUCKS.
